The incriminating whitepaper, leaked to reporter Ms. Maggie Morris on October 31st, first circulated on X. We decided to seek further proof of the source before putting The Bugle's reputation behind the leak. The Bugle can now confirm the document is authentic, first circulated in intelligence circle in late 2017.
