58k Gang Meets With Satoshi To Discuss Pegging Bitcoin To 58k, TEM Melts Down
On Wednesday, leader and founder of the notorious 58k Gang, Deniz, tweeted out a picture of him with Satoshi. Deniz claims to have set up a meeting to discuss pegging the Bitcoin price to 58k. The tweet followed a contentious twitter poll, created by a rival twitter gang called Triple Elite Memes, which asked who was the superior meme gang between them and 58k Gang.
How Deniz and Satoshi plan on pegging Bitcoin to 58k is unknown. It is also unknown if Satoshi even supports the move, and if Deniz was actually with Satoshi, or if the photo was faked. An anonymous source told the Bugle that Satoshi was in full support and that many other Bitcoin influencers were also in support of it.
Stephan Livera threw his full support behind 58k Gang by saying that $58k is the true price of Bitcoin. While the market currently disagrees with the sentiment, it is a trend that seems to be picking up steam as many boomers are becoming confused by the meme and think it is real.
Members of the Triple Elite Memes angrily tweeted memes about how Deniz sucks from their new secret base in El Salvador. Their anger seemed to be fueled by Deniz's tweet garnishing over 1 million likes on Twitter and blowing away the engagement on their Twitter poll. Members of TEM were seen in Deniz's replies, telling him to fill out the waiver for Bitcoin Fight Club.
Deniz explained his rationale behind 58k, stating that, "In pegging Bitcoin to its true price, we are essentially creating the king of all stablecoins. No other stablecoin will be able to compete. This is the true use for cryptocurrencies and will usher in mass adoption much faster than Triple Elite Memes mediocre mememery. Volatility has been one of Bitcoin's biggest criticisms in the past, and this will completely eliminate it."
