Bitcoin Magazine To Offer Counseling To Employees Negatively Impacted by David Bailey's Twitter Antics

A leaked screenshot from an internal Bitcoin Magazine slack channel showed that HR has begun offering counseling services to employees negatively impacted by David Bailey's twitter antics, as part of the companies employee assistance program.

"Now we know you are all impacted by David's latest antics, but let's all remember that David's tweets do not reflect those of Bitcoin Magazine as an organization. Even still, we want to offer support to anyone who needs it," The message read.

Bitcoin Magazine's HR department appears to be leading the way for Bitcoin companies whose employees are negatively impacted by executives Twitter behavior.

One anonymous Bitcoin Magazine employee wrote the Bugle to say, "It's hard because all my friends are Bitcoiners and sometimes I just want to go hang out at Bitcoin Park with my friends, but then I get harassed for whatever dumb thing David said on Twitter that day. People need to understand there's a difference between the departments and we aren't all like David."

This employee's sentiments resemble closely those of Swan employees who were traumatized by the backlash against Cory Klippsten's twitter antics over the last few months.

"Sometimes it's awesome when Cory is tweeting cool stuff about shitcoins and people text me to tell me he's cool and Swan is cool. It's not awesome though to have everyone dog piling in your DMs telling you to quit your job," A Swan employee wrote us in December.

Some HR departments are probably wondering if it's a good idea to have their executives using twitter, versus outsourcing all the inspiring tweets to influencers and thinkbois. It is rumored that Alex Leishman's twitter account is mostly run by a secret thinkboi behind the scenes to avoid potential unhinged behavior and backlash.

Casa's HR requires HR approval before company employees send tweets to ensure maximum appropriateness and protection for the brand.
