Members Of Bitcoin Twitter Urge Pomp To Resume Sponsorships Of Podcast

After backlash against Anthony Pompliano for accepting sponsorships from multiple companies currently filing bankruptcy and misleading customers, he announced early last week that he would no longer be accepting sponsors of his content. Members of Bitcoin Twitter appear to be to be having a change of heart.

"I realized yesterday that Anthony provided a valuable service to the general Bitcoin community by highlighting services that individuals should not use," said Cory Klippsten. "Pomp has had a very good track record of supporting products that guarantee you to lose money," he continued.

Many members of the community have also expressed their change of heart and have gone as far to create a petition which has garnered over 20,000 signatures. Pompliano has not yet responded publicly to the requests to resume sponsorship of his podcast.

"Anthony is currently struggling with knowing what the best path forward is. It seems that whichever direction he chooses at this moment, he will receive backlash," said an anonymous source close to Pompliano.
