Bitcoin Bugle partners with Nic Carter to Make The Fake News

In a move that can only be described as "delightfully ironic," Nic Carter, the crypto influencer, investor, and self-proclaimed "Rising Star" of the digital currency world, has teamed up with Arkham Intel to combat the ever-persistent Fake News that seems to plague Bitcoin and, more importantly, his own collection of lesser-known cryptocurrencies, affectionately termed "shitcoin bags." However, in a twist that would make even the most seasoned of soap opera writers blush, The Bitcoin Bugle has also decided to partner with Carter, but not to break the fake news, oh no, but to make it.

Now, for those of you who've been living under a rock, Nic Carter is the illustrious head of Castle Island Ventures. A title, I'm sure, that carries as much weight as being the "Grand Poobah of Ponzi Land." But I digress.

The partnership was announced on this very day, October 31, 2023, a date that many might associate with Halloween, but is also the date that Satoshi Nakamoto officially released his seminal Bitcoin Whitepaper, which many mark as the inception of the Bitcoin space. Shitcoins, however, were birthed a bit later, with some speculating that they emerged, fully formed, out of Vitalik Buterin's nose.

Nic's initiative, dubbed "Break the Fake News Bounty," has been set up on the Arkham Intel Exchange. The goal? To supercharge Carter's bounty initiative that aims to debunk claims about illicit crypto financing. And the reward for these brave truth-seekers? The top 21 submissions will split a bounty worth over $50,000 (as of this writing), with the top submission receiving half of the pool. It's almost poetic, really. In a world where digital currencies can swing wildly in value from one moment to the next, it's only fitting that the reward for truth is cold, hard cash.

But here's where things get interesting. The Bitcoin Bugle, in its infinite wisdom, has decided to throw its hat into the ring. But instead of joining the noble quest for truth, we've decided to take a slightly different approach. The goal? To create the most outlandish, ridiculous, and downright hilarious fake news stories about Bitcoin and Carter's beloved shitcoin bags.

It's a move that has left many in the crypto community scratching their heads. But then again, in a world where a digital currency named after a dog meme can become a multi-billion dollar enterprise, perhaps it's best not to question things too much.

In a statement released earlier today, Richard Greaser, the editor-in-chief of The Bitcoin Bugle said, "We've always prided ourselves on being at the forefront of the crypto news world. And what better way to stay ahead of the curve than by creating the news ourselves? Plus, we're clearly better at it than the Wall Street Journal or the New York Times. After all, when have you seen the Bugle issue a retraction?"

The Bugle is also promising a bounty. "We're pledging $300,000,000,000,000 to be split by the best 20 article submissions, which we print. That's a lot more than Carter has raised." said Greaser, who further added "Denominated in February 2, 2009 ZWR $, converted to USD, payable in sats at 3000 sats/USD."

As for Carter, he has yet to comment on The Bugle's unexpected partnership. But one can only imagine the look on his face when he found out. A mix of shock, disbelief, and perhaps a touch of admiration for The Bugle's audacity. Perhaps he'll welcome the initiative, since he's already issued the WSJ an epic beatdown, it does seem that he needs better enemies. The Bugle is here for him.
